After an initial enquiry and consultation we assessed the problems this high school in Manchester was having. Our solution was to install a range of samples of solar control window film for approval. A high reflective silver mirror film was chosen due to its high performance in cutting heat build-up, solar glare, optical clarity and of course cost.
Installation was completed during the school holidays and was programmed around other refurbishments works.
Staff and pupils returned after the summer school holidays to a more temperate, positive classroom environment.
